Recently, a homeowner in the High Desert area of Southern California saw their home ravaged by a monsoon. The torrential rains caused severe flooding, leaving their belongings soaked and many rooms impacted. Additionally, the home’s roof was being replaced when the monsoon hit, ruining the work that had gotten started. Our skilled technicians arrived at the residential property promptly after receiving their call.

A Multistep Water Damage Restoration
Before we began the water damage restoration work, the contents team carefully removed the owner’s personal items from their home, a process known as pack-out. During this phase, we itemized each belonging and then wrapped, packed, and transported them to our warehouse for further cleaning and temporary storage.
Once the items were carefully moved offsite, our trained technicians from the water department conducted their restoration. We used professional Purofirst equipment, such as air movers and dehumidifiers, to dry the the affected areas.
